who all work out on this site..free-weights, machines, treadmills, push ups, sit ups, palates, supplements, w/e
but nooooo steriods plz
me personally my average work out is a full body routine on machine weights 4 to 5 days a week..at least since memorial day weekend at in-shape fitness..sometime for 1hr. and 15 min. but normally 45min. to a 1hr. i take creatine powder(lil over a teaspoon) with a 8 glass jug of water..walk about 1hr. because i hate the treadmill..lol! also morning stretch along with about 80 push ups to get me awake..hey push ups don't really move me cuz mornings i'm lazy..never was really into this before much..but for some reason it drawed me more into this the recent months
anyway speak on it..ask for advise or give it

I'm alot lazier.
30 mins before I work out I drink NO-Xplode and after the workout I drink Musclemilk
Lateral machine:
5 sets (front and back) x 10 x 100lbs
Benchpress:
5 sets x 25 x 50 lbs
Dumbells:
Bicep curl:
5 x 10 x 30 lbs
Leg press:
5 x 10 x 250 lbs
Then I get on my stationary cycle and do a 6.5 mile ride.
Then I go have a nice refreshing sugary Pepsi

I started working out again earlier this year also, sometime around February or March. I usually work out for atleast an hour. I try to work my Abdominals atleast 3 times a week, and i try and work my neck and Traps atleast twice a week. I also stretch before i weight train.
Monday- Biceps and Triceps
Tuesday- Shoulders
Wednesday- Chest
Thursday-Back
Friday- Legs
On the weekends if i get the chance i'll either just walk around for alteast 30 minutes to an hour.

I grind it out 4 times a week, full body circuit type training, I dont separate for different days. I usually start with the bench press, chest: 4 sets, 12 reps at 160 pounds. row machine for tha back same sets and reps with 140 pounds. 35 pound dumbells for the biceps, hammer curlin, dips for the triceps, and shoulder shrugs with two 50 pound dumbells for the neck area.
Afterwards I run about half a mile to the soccer field and do 6 sprints full speed back and forth, then finish off the normal run with about a mile and a half. I work abs too, but I stll got a lil gut, and I cant lose it fa shit, lol.

i been laggin the past 2 months..but for some reason ppl think i got taller..i don't know if weights have this affect..i doubt it really..but lately ibeen only goin like 2 times a week to inshape..i'm thinkin of applyin there soon for part time so i will be around there a lil mo to give me easy access to workin out..this cold weather got me lazy

i been back on my mojo for like 3 months now..full body work out 4 to 5 times a week..i'm not sure how many reps i do of anything anymore..i work my calves, thighs, stomach, shoulders, neck, arms, etc. until i get tired..1hour is the average now..
and at first i was on alot of machine weights but now alot more free weights...iwish ilistened earlier..i'm not even sure how much i can lift cuz of the adrenaline that builds from the creatine & NOS blast..plus the multi vitamins w/a pill of vitamin D helps alot..i'm in way better shape than i ever been..i just gotta stay away from beer & bar-b-q's..this gym shit even got me smokin alot less newports for breathe control

fuck all that creatine, protine, amino acid bull shit. ya'll niggas fallin into the marketing trap. its kinda sad to see that shit now a days. i go in the gym and even the little 14 15 year old high schoolers be all up on that shit. why nigga? how much "bigger" has that bull shit made you. if you just lift, and i mean lift right, run, eat good and fuck a few bitches every now and then, your gonna be fine. these companies have tried to brain wash the whole fuckin workout community into thinkin that if you really wanna take it to the next level, you NEED they shit. nigga no the fuck you dont. that shit is not natural. the shit they sell is all made and processed. food, food nigga has natural nurtients and vitamins that a nigga need. not this bull shit.
anyways. fuck 4 to 5 days a week. what happened to the other 2 and 3. nigga workout everyday. i workout every single day homie, no lie. you dont always need to do weights, but you need something.
i have found that reserving a day specifically for stomach does wonders. ONe day a week i spend like a full hour on crunches and shit. The other days i will mix in some sets with my workouts. abs are crucial though. Ive seen big ass buff swollen niggas with arms that are thigh size, but with a shitty stomach and you know what, they look boo-boo. Fuck your size, if you get that six pack right you in the workout game.
my last peice of advice is run nigga. after every workout hit that treadmill up. even for like 5 10 minutes. when you break muscles down during the workout you need to burn some fat and calories so when your muscles heal there is less fat for them to form with. if you follow this routine, after like a month you will start to see how much more "cut" you look after that 10 minute jog. run after everyworkout!!!
switch your routine. i hate when niggas say i do arms every monday, chest every tues and so on. why? your body gets used to that shit nigga. you may not even realize it but it does. you need to switch it up. i dont ever know what im doing till i get in that mother fucker and decide. i always stay with a theme during the workouts and do on "bodypart" but i switch it up. one day it might be free weights, the next cables. i even like getting all bar workouts. pull ups using both grips. bicep pull ups. dips. push up using a bar. for upper chest i love to do pushups on a bench. that shit kills.
anyways, im bored and i dont know what i just said but ima beast in the gym nigga.
ima beast in the dojo. i been telling cats on here i aint no chump nigga. I truly am
