OK, so I know this album is not necessarily new but still I haven't heard much about it. As far as battle rappers go, there are very few that have made a decent album, let alone one that sold anything with the exception of Eminem... unless you include Cposterioridy and Freeway... That being said, I have to put this release up there as one of the best from a battle rapper ever. This former Scribble Jam champ from the Chi spit some dope shit over No ID and Kanye production. The beats are pretty hard, and he has mad concepts on the album. Standout tracks include Chicagorillas w/ Mikkey and Bump J, Tell a Story, Bullet, and Fever. Brand New featuring Kanye was the first single, which although trying to capitalize on Kanye's success was a logical choice, was not one of the best on the album or representative of what to expect. With a little more marketing or better timing I think this album could have sold something real... Overall I think it is a dope album. What do you think?

yeah i got to agree with you there. rhymefest put together a sweet album but not enough people paid attention. well hopefully next time around they will. but fuck it, 'fest put out the realest shit and will do next album.......COP THAT SHIT!
