I'm looking for a program where you can make your own beats with good sounds thats not fruity loops. I want to be able to make beats out of the box. I want to plug in my keyboard into my computer and just start rippin it. The closest program to what i'm looking for is garage band but i dont have a mac. Is reason easy? I heard thats a good program but thats like that main thing that producers use along with protools so i guess its not that easy. But yea is there a program thats hella easy that you can make hella tight beats on with hella sounds that sound real and is easy to compose on? That's not fruity loops?

I heard Reason is a good program. However, nothing is easy. The program or equipment you use is an instrument and like a tuba, it takes time to develop. Ill shit doesnt come straight out the gate. In this game, the main resource for a producer is time and patience to develop your craft. Peace

I'm working with reasons and pro tools and I can tell ya the reasons is not difficult at all. I would also suggest grabbin a power mac g5 computer to run it with. Like the other dude stated, its going to take time to develop your craft,(Some of my trackz go hard, but others just seem empty, I think its cause most folks be samplin, I dont sample) but to answer the next part of ya question, yea you can jump right in it and start bangin out beats swiftly.
