Floyd will win a clear 12 round decision. He is just a better boxer than oscar and the size disparity won't be a factor. For example when Oscar in his prime fought a older Pernell Whitaker Ocar didn't assert his size advantage on Pernell because thats not his style he is a boxer puncher thus when he was unable to land cleanly on the defensive master he became befuddled. So if a prime Oscar couldn't land anything meaningful and get a old pernell in trouble i highly doubt a old oscar will knockout a prime Mayweather. Most likely scenario in the fight is Floyd potshots Oscar and wins a decision. Don't let the hype fool you it won't be a fan friendly fight if your expecting fireworks it will be a technical match.
