i was having a conversation about movies that we have seen the most times.. and it turns out that i have sen the lion king more times than any movie.. i seen it in the theaters 3 times, (not by choice) and i was in a play in middle school so we watched the movie like every day then my lil sister watched it every day and my lil bro and my daughter watches it everyday...i had to have seen it atleat 100 times seriously.

Plus my experience with clubs in LA is minor. When I was out there, I wanted to go to a Spanish one and my cousin practically laughed at me. But then it turned out there was limited options for us anyway 'cause she wasn't 21 yet.. wait.. neither was I. LOL
Another one of my cousins ended up taking me to 'Potreros' or some. It was cool. Tho I heard that Lidos (on Long Beach Blvd.) is the one that REALLY be poppin' off like that.
The Spanish clubs out here got somewhat of a rep for being dangerous. LOL I'm serious tho. I know they ain't got shit on Lidos or El Parral (I think that's what it's called) far as notoriety with shit. But the difference here, they throw down over hella petty shit, so pretty much anyone can get it. On the up-side tho, hearing Boricuas and Dominicans argue all fast can be some of the most humorous times you ever had.

Far as Lion King goes, it really is one of my favorite movies of all time. Even tho at times I used to wonder why the ONE movie that Disney makes 'filmed' in Africa had to be about animals as opposed to people? yeah the spanish clubs in RI are kinda gully.. only because there on the main strip like that.. there was on time where this big fight broke out and the bouncers got beat the fuck up.. (one was my homie) and the cops came and nuckas started fighting with the cops.

funny they closed down that club, but in 2 months another club open in the same damb building and the same people go there so that was kind dumb.

I ended up going to a 'Spanish' club in Cambridge, MA on Saturday. Stayed for the lessons and some of the party, but then went to a Hip-Hop club called 'Axis' near Fenway Park. Wasn't as packed as my boy said it gets usually, but was still aight. I danced my ass off, but now I'm sore as hell. I don't go clubbing enough. An attractive male with dreads (and a slightly weird odor) said I was 'adorable' and that I had a fan club. LOL

I got that 30 gig ipod w/ video for my b-day in Nov...... I just thought you had to download movies from itunes .....I didnt even know there was software like that ......I dont really watch movies or get podcasts on my ipod though cause I just use it to work out with ..... havent been on a road trip in a minute or a position where video on my ipod would come in handy.

Whats a bitch is burning all my CDs onto itunes .......its been almost 3 months and I'm still not done ....its kinda hard when you got 300+ CDs to get through....got about a 100 more .....I'm thinking about hiring some one to put the rest on

Welcome to the club. I got my iPod (30gb) for Xmas '05 from my dad.
I haven't really done the math on how many cds I have but it only took me like a week to upload them to iTunes. But I mean a WHOLE week. Pretty much anytime I wasn't at work, I was home on the computer for the entire week after Xmas. But then I didn't upload every SINGLE song from every cd, just my favorites. I didn't even use it for video purposes until recently. It was mostly used for the gym and for work. But a couple weeks ago I bought the full season of American Gangster from iTunes. Just looked like a interesting series, but the times it would show on tv was like 10pm, and by that time I'm usually asleep. (I be having work at 2 and 3am.) I don't bootleg anything when it comes to shit like that tho. Just too risky.

But wow, 18 degrees?! It gets cold out here, but for some reason last winter was real mild. This winter hasn't been that cold either. We've gotten some weeks where we've felt it, but I doubt it went under 25 or 30. Most likely was the windchill that had me cursing out everybody but God. The heating system at my job sucks botox balls, but even if it didn't, I work in the part of the building where they constantly take the trucks off when we're done unloading them, so this huge open door is left for us to freeze.

Vita, I gotten my iPod for Xmas this year, the nano and it's a helluva alot better than lugging around a cd player all day

It's just way too convenient (especially when put up against cd players) that you can store that many more songs on a smaller space than a cd and player, and you don't have to keep any songs that you don't like, whereas on a cd, you'd be stuck skipping songs. Then you also always have the option of creating as many playlists as you want. Technology is aight sometimes.

Yeah, technology can be great at times, the only thing that'll always be a fuck up is a desktop computer


but dont get me wrong, they can save your arse alot of times, but it'll always have problems

Lol, i thought you could do it like cds and just up the DVD to iTunes. But nooo they gotta make it extra hard on you and make you buy some software. I found a free one though, not bootlegged or a trial but an actual free one. So I'm uppin' American Me as we speak.

As for upping all the songs...i had my whole library of my cds on my other computer, and when i got MY own new computer i just got the lazy way and bought a flash drive. A couple trips up and down the stairs later i got all my music on my computer. Cheah

I love it though. I'm excited to get everything on it and show it off at school Tuesday. Lame, I know. But hella people were hating on my 'old' iPod mini. Bitches.

For all you folks who buy 30s of beer from Costco or any place that sells warm beer cheap I got a way to chill it in a few seconds ......most houses have a fire extinguisher ( or just steal one ) , right? Well thats all you need ....along with a large open area .....just hose down the beer with it ...instant coldness......this also makes a fun science experiment for mofos who cant admit their impatient as fuck.
