The Bears delivered the first shutout of Favre's 16-year career on Sunday, beating the Green Bay Packers 26-0 at Lambeau Field. Byron Leftwich threw a touchdown pass and ran for a score, Fred Taylor had 115 combined yards and the Jacksonville Jaguars spoiled Owens' much-anticipated Dallas debut with a 24-17 win Sunday. On the turf where Seattle lost the Super Bowl to the Pittsburgh Steelers, Josh Brown kicked a 42-yard field goal on the last play of the game to lift the Seahawks to a 9-6 victory over the Detroit Lions on Sunday. Jaguars defensive end Reggie Hayward ruptured his left Achilles' tendon Sunday against Dallas and will have season-ending surgery. A healthy and happy Donovan McNabb threw for 314 yards and three touchdowns, including one to Donte' Stallworth, to lead the Philadelphia Eagles to a 24-10 win over the Houston Texans on Sunday.

2-0 in my Predictions in this thread
I think it was kinda lucky but Eli is clutch and him and Plax just saved the Giants season. Eagles woulda had a tight lock on the Divison, but now it's up for grabs (You can pretty much etch out Washington, they need a QB) The Redskins offense is like buying a Lamborgini and lettin a 14 year old without a License drive it, it doesn't make sense.
The stage is set for a NFC North Showdown, the 2-0 Bears vs the 2-0 Vikings and it's in the Dome, I think I may be going to this game and the Vikes have only lost twice when I've been in attendace and I am 1-0 against CHI.
Im not saying nothing as of yet except this will be a dogfight, in the Past the Bears have always walked up to us and punched us in the mouth, this year will will duck that first shot counter and get ready for a WAR

my predictions of the division winners
bears (my lions may be improved but not enough to win the division, green bay sucks, and minnesota still has some question marks eventhough they are 2-0)
eagles (kearse out for the year hurts us but we are back, redskins are w/o c.po for ???, dallas w/o TO for ???, and this has no logic to it but i dont like the giants so...)
seahawks (rams,49ers suck, cardinals are a mystery to me)
panthers (i know they started out rough, but they still my team, atlanta is a wild card team, simms has 6 picks in two games, saints will choke)
patriots (dont like em, but rest of the division sucks)
jaguars (led by Doug E. Fresh, I mean Byron Leftwich and their D is nasty, Colts lost the EDGE, Titans and Texans suck)
chargers (Raiders suck, Broncos and CHiefs too inconsistent for me)
Ravens (very tough call the toughest division in the league this year, but my ravens are going back to the super bowl, my steelers will get a wild card, that man chad johnson is going to lead them bengals to a wild card, and the browns suck)
I know three playoff teams from one division is unlikely but stranger things have happened.

Good Shit, It will be tough for the Vikings to get back into posistion as far as winning the NFC North, be we got time. Wow, you sayin the Vikings D mirrors Chicago's is a complament, I think were close but not as good as Chi yet, maybe one day we will at least be equal. I like to think of these Vikings as a New Englan Patriot type team, but we still got a ways to go.
As far as Grossman, he also was gettin happy feet all day, threw a pick for 6 that almost lost the game, and the 2 drives after that and even the first few throws of the Game Winning drive was throwing ducks and errant passes, You can see I said "While Much Improved" he still is not on a say, Manning Brother Level, or even a Hasselbeck level. He needs to learn how to step up in the pocket, and instead of dropping back an extra five steps when he's in trouble, step to the side and just throw the ball away ala Brad Johnson.
All I know is that the Vikings, Bears will be a top NFL Rivalry for years to come with these two teams
