even tho im not the biggest Reggaeton fan but occasionally some songs i end up liking.. Don Omar is particularly 1 artist that i like cause hes been about everything that hes said hes about.. and although he does have songs that are rather typical for the genre itself.. his lyrical content in other songs such as 'Angelito' is at least thought-provoking.. actually, thats kind of whats been puzzling me.. the fact that ive listened to that song several times and thought about the lyrics but still dont quite understand what hes tryna say.. not to mention the fact that the video could mean a number of things and it seems like everyone i know that has heard the song has a different explanation for the lyrics/song
the most common theory ive heard is that the song is about 2 lovers/partners that become infected with an STD and die but out of love or some but still.. whos 'Angelito'? and why does he include himself in the hook? (que ya no me quedan muchas horas de vida desde tu partida)
