I know some of ya'll check out the music in the video game titles themselves. I just figured I'd post some of my favorites so far:

Sephiroth's Theme- Final Fantasy VII (Real dramatic score, and I like the way they reworked it for Advent Children)

Ocelot's Theme- Metal Gear Solid 3 (Harry Gregerson- Williams outdid himself with the whole soundtrack, this one is obviously the standout. Liked the guitar solo, it sounds like some old Western theme music)

God of War (Dope throughout the whole game, especially liked the choir vocals)

Sanctuary- Kingdom Hearts II (This song fit with the game perfectly, Utada Hikaru does her thing)

Hitman 2 Theme- Budapest Symphony Orchastra (This definately sets the mood of a contract killer out for revenge, very dramatic)

Final Fantasy X - To Zanarkand

Most of the shit on chrono trigger is off the chain, (zeal palace and chrono trigger theme are my personal favorites)

Alot of the shit on castlevania - symphony of the night, has an alot of good stuff on there.


some simpler shit, though..there was a game called guardian legend that came out on nintendo a while back had some theme music ahead of its time (for a game that came out in 88)

I almost forgot about Symphony of the Night, the music on there is off the chain

Thought I was only one who liked FFVII on this board...

Sephiroth's other theme "One-wing Angel" is nice
But "Those chosen by the planet" is nice to.
