Full Version: How Many Of You Guys Got A....
I wanna get one of those. Are they a whole lot better than Gameboy is? Cuz my friend got one and she can play movies and stuff too. How many of you guys got one or know somebody that got one? Those things look nice.
I got one...it's cool.
i'd like one but they are way too damn expensive...but if i had that much disposable income, i'd probably buy an iPod 1st.
my ex got one i think he really likes it. i want it!! i might steal it from him!! lol

Yeah I saw one for 200 dollars. But I might get an MP3 first than get a PSP. It looks like it's fun to have.

It's good cuz of the sheer fact that you can go online with it, and it acts as a MP3 Player, stores movies and pictures. the only down side is that you have to have those annoying yet expensive memory cards whose memory range from 32mb, 152-or something-mb and 700mb, which all can be bought from Best Buy, Circuit City and Radioshack.
Of course if I had to choose between a PSP and a IPod, PSP, why? cuz IPod's memory formats every so often. The PSP only had like ONE bug, and that bug was fixed in under a month (3 weeks actually), which was if you held a certain button for like 3 secs, the disk in the back of the PSP will shoot out, but like I said, it's fixed.
And here's the plus and downsides cuz for all things man-made, there is bound to be some "fuck ups"
Plus:
Goes on the internet, has it's own virus protection and can go on every single site without risk of being infected
Stores up to 700mb of memory, with memory card (double-edge sword)
Plays movies, music and stores photos
Can customize background color/picutre
Soon to have many assortments of colors in the future
Negatives:
The only type of movies that can be played are "mp4" I have the progran if anyone needs it so they can convert any movie file into mp4 format
Needs a memory card which is costly and you'll be paying far out the ass for one. and the other bad news...it's uber-small
Expensive....well duh!!
Limited amount of games and movies....but you can just download them for free so it's no real biggie
Needs USB Cable in order to connect with your computer to transfer any files...which is NOT included in the box...but that only cost like $10-$20 anyway.
and that's about it. Anyone who has anymore questions about the PSP, I'll be glad to answer them.

you didn't know they were $250? I think they just went down to that price too. I think they were like 300-$350 when they 1st came out. that's a fucking new car payment. shit another 200 that's a house note.
and then besides that you have to buy special cd's for the psp. you can't just shove a regular dvd in there. i'll just stick with my regular playstation 2 that plays dvd's.

damn kid u got all that on your psp included? hope its worth it..i thought about gettin it but i felt i wouldnt be on it as much if i did..i'll stick to my ps2 and 360..both which i got from connections lol..

Yeah I mean $250 alone. And then you're gonna have to buy the holder, batteries, games, DVD's, and other stuff. I'm sorry I ain't paying for all that. I'll be better off getting an MP3 Player or an iPod.
