Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia is planning to launch an online social network like MySpace.com, but aimed at adult women aged 25 to 45. Members on the network- which would be part of the Marthastewart.com website- would be able to share things like photo, scrapbooks, recipes and similar projects with each other and home design experts. The online network is tentatively set to launch in the second half of 2007.

Smoking marijuana doesn't increase a person's risk of developing lung cancer, according to the results of a new University of California of Los Angeles study. The study found no elevated cancer risk for even the heaviest pot smokers, while there was a 20 fold increased risk of lung cancer among people who smoked two or more packs of cigarettes a day.
