I aint trying to tell you what to do fam, but there are trouble makers on this board always trying to start shit by spamming the board and what not, I've been up late nights at times deleting spam, i mean if you can ban the IPs of certain members then its all gravy.
Oh yeah ive banned members for 3 reasons.
1. Racist posts, because no one is tolerant of racism of any kind
2. Spam-this is the main reason we were given mod spots right?
3. I banned one member becaus ehe was excessively trying to beef with me over something that happened 5 months ago, I told him to let it go, but he had to drag out the beef into every thread possible. It gets irritating, and i told dude to take some time off of xxl and chill with family or something. He's constantly obsessing with me.

Yeah dap should be a mod cuz he is a really laidback, relaxed person..plus 90% likes this huge Teddy Bear..and I think having someone who knows how to do his business and who is a member for such a looong time, is always a plus...

Na man, I'm not asking for you to get members to respect me, im saying members should have respect for the whole mod coalition, because alot of them just want to beef with us mods out of jealousy. If we try to calm them down, they threaten to complain about us to you and if we act soft on them, they take advantage of that as well. Us mods are like the govt of xxl, and you're the creator that gave us some power, but if you dont tell these certain troublemakers to respect the AUTHORITY of the mods, than what good is our powers to moderate gonna really do? I can even point out in an instance, where some members got a few other members riled up, and the mods had to deal with petty beefs for a good day or two. Look at shizzit, they diss him on his ethnicity every single time he tries to moderate his section, is that the type of treatment you want your mods to be recieving? True meaning was being called a cracker by many members just so he can be provoked into taking drastic actions against them.
All the mods on xxl, work as a cohesive unit, we generally respect each other.
Also Jason, I'm not running to you to handle a beef for me or what not, im just stating that some members come on the message BOARDS, just to beef with us mods, because they hold past grudges.
Oh yeah make sure you ban jae stylez too, he is Da General's other account.

But the thing is, some members, no matter what dont want a truce. They just want to beef. ATL Undaground has been trying to force my hand since septemeber voer something TRUE MEANING did. Now he goes on threads excessively beefing with me. Shit makes no sense
