What artists did you grow up listening to in hip hop for me it would start with mixed tapes from N.Y. back in the day with Trech.3/Four Horseman /and the get Fresh Crew but ….I grew up when graffiti and b-boy’s hit the scene I was in the 6th grade that shit was fresh…..Puma suits with fat laces…and breaking battles with boom box’s bigger than us…just drag out the cardboard and start breaking some good old day’s…. now all you know I’m a grandfather up in this board but I still love hip hop….

i broke danced for money me and my cousin downtown oakland. that's when hip hop battlin, beat boxin, everything was fun. those was the best times ever in this industry. damnnnnn that's what old people say. i better not get a grey hair for sayin that lol!

I remember Mr. Magic, Grandmasters Flash & Caz, and LL Cool J. Eric B. & Rakim was the shit to me. I saw a Doug E. Fresh show with Slick Rick. Red Alert worked with Chuck Chill. Remember Big Daddy Kane, De La Soul, and Whodini. I loved block parties in the projects. I listened to Queen Latifah and MC Lyte on my headphones. At night, I bumped Naughty and KRS. Oh! and T La Rock, Mantronix, and Stetsasonic. Remember that Salt & Pepper joint was the shit.
