i feel what you sayin but far as spittin on text i don't sit back and think of what i'm goin to say most of the time. so i can't really consider it as written if it alll comes to mind like a regular convo. but some shit i admit it's written if ya asked me at a point. but a real freestyle is when you ain't used that shit before also(EMCEE's)
