yo, whats up xxl. i bet this is your first letter from ghana and in fact africa. i have been a fan of your mag for close to four years now( you can peep my collection from dec 2006). i just wanted to shout out and let y’all know you have fans down here too and infact the world over. i think it’ll be real dope if y’all had an illustration issue where y’all could have all your photos in art sketches or paintings. i see mike thompson has been doing great work for y’all from time to time. and in this issue artists could talk about their relationship to art cause after all art also comprises of hip hop. y’all often just feature the music aspect. rep the four elements of hip hop and the moniker hip hop on a higher level would really make sense.make sure y’all print this letter so all the ppl who been saying i been wasting my savings on the mags would be put to shame. y’all finni holla back and we could really discuss this dream issue. question…is bonsu thompson from my country cause his name sounds like it. neways y’all do good work and iam still collecting the mags. peace.

I been coppin xxl from day one with the jigga and too short covers I got all the mags no subscriptions need. I do feel the campaign for Slaughterhouse on the cover, I could see a Nipsey hussle, Drake, Pac Div, real mc’s putting in down and getting it in. You could also do a cover the rapper BIG pooh or Krs & Buckshot they got a fresh project coming out. XXL need to do some real re-examination on what is hip hop on a higher level not lower standards to kiss some soon to be extinct labels ass..real talk. Jeezy’s 1st album was hot that was it,everything else was left overs and i was there with BMF “Blu” hold ya head..Big Meech..Maintain. But I think all these mags will fade out anyways. The source will go next year also. The Internet killed everything for these corperate leeches It is now time for the independant hustlers to get it poppin.
