it might not be “better” but it damn sure is alot safer…poor white people dont get shot 41 times by the cops when they reach for their wallet to show identification…poor white people are definetely gonna get fairer sentencing that fits their crime when they go before the judge for sentencing….so if by saying “better”, you mean that poor white people and poor black people are viewed in the same light by law enforcement, the judical system, and the governemnt, then i have to strongly disagree reggie

Reggie makes a good point. Poor people of all races are being shit on by Bush and the system of government and big business we have. First, it increases racism to say all poor people are black and all black people are poor. Second, everyone benefits if all poor can come together and eradicate the system that leaves 90% of the wealth in 1% of the population. Do the research, united we stand, divided we fall. You’ll see why civil rights legislation was passed and why such strict racial definitions were created in the first place.
