G-Shock Teams Up With Pigalle for Limited-Edition Watch
Today, Casio G-Shock unveils two limited edition watches in collaboration with French streetwear brand Pigalle. Inspired by the trend of sportswear collections, the two new models combine Pigalle's aesthetics with G-Shock’s signature toughness for a new take on the DW5600 watches.
Releasing in two colorways, the watches will be limited to 1800 pieces in total. The DW5600PGW-7 offers a sleek white band with hints of pink on the face and buckle, while the DW5600PGB-1 features a black band with hints of silver. Both watches feature Pigalle branding on the face and band as well as the signature Pigalle box logo engraved on the back. The logo is also visible in the face’s background when illuminated.
Casio’s collaboration with Pigalle comes equipped with standard G-Shock technology of shock resistance and 200M water resistance, as well as an EL backlight, flash alert, multi-function alarm, stopwatch, countdown timer, date display and a full auto calendar—all in a 42.8mm case.
The limited edition DW5600PGW-7 and DW5600PGB-1 will retail for a suggested price of $140 and will be available for purchase beginning next month (November 2017) at select Macy’s, select fashion apparel Casio accounts, online at shopcasio.com and the G-Shock SoHo Store.
