Jordan Brand Unveils Air Jordan 11 Retro Cap and Gown

Today, Jordan Brand officially introduces the Air Jordan XI Cap and Gown iteration. Created for those who substitute the formal dress shoes for pair of Air Jordan 11s, the silhouette takes on a more luxurious approach than previous AJ 11 models.

This brand new colorway of the classic Air Jordan features a triple black colorway all throughout the canvas of the silhouette. Constructed out of suede and patent leather material, the pair of sneakers include a metal Jumpman logo on the outer side panels while the shoelaces take cues from the graduation cords. To round out this pair, Jordan Brand adds a translucent outsole at the bottom to give the sneakers its proper color pop.

Arguably one of the most popular Jumpman sneakers from the Air Jordan line, the Air Jordan 11 has been recognized as a shoe that can be perfectly paired with a tuxedo, suit or any business casual look. Normally launched during the holiday season, this AJ 11 will mark the first time Jordan Brand releases the shoe in mid-year.
