Wu-Tang Clan and StockX Launch C.R.E.A.M. Charity Campaign
Online resell marketplace, StockX, has joined forces with legendary group Wu-Tang Clan for a special campaign supporting children from neglected communities. The partnership, dubbed the Charity Rules Everyone Around Me campaign, is comprised of nine collectible and rare items from the the Wu-Tang archives such as shirts, jackets, wallabees, mixers and more.
Launched earlier today on the StockX website, and running all through March 16, participants can enter the C.R.E.A.M. campaign by buying a $10 a ticket on StockX for a chance to win. 100% of the proceeds from the campaign will go towards benefiting the the Wu-Tang Foundation programs.
StockX and Wu-Tang Clan’s raffle will feature a number of valuables worn by various Wu-Tang members. Consisting of several rare items, the charitable campaign includes—Polo Snow Beach hat and poncho, Method Man x Adidas Forum Mid, DJ Mathematics Traktor Z2 Mixer, a Wu-Tang Baseball jersey from the late 1990s, Masta Killa Clarks wallabees, a Brazil jersey signed by GZA, Ghostface Killah hoodie and jacket, Wu-Tang Baseball jersey and shorts set and a U-God football and jacket from the group’s tour with rock group Rage Against The Machine.
StockX will select a total of nine random winners in the days following the raffle with each entry allowed to select in order a prize of their choosing.
