Kanye West’s Black Yeezy Powerphase to Release This Month

The next pair of Adidas Yeezy Powerphase sneakers from Kanye West are set to release later this month, according to sneaker site Yeezy Mafia. Previously rumored to have released at the start of 2018, the pair of highly anticipated shoes will be the third Powerphase iteration to drop from 'Ye and the Three Stripes.

Dressed in a core black colorway with hits of gold on the Calabasas branding and a green hue on the Three Stripe logo, the pair of sneakers feature a vintage aesthetic with a low-cut design—just like the previous pair released in gray late last year.

The Yeezy Powerphase sneaker first debuted in March of 2016 in an all white colorway. Since then, the Three Stripes and 'Ye have dropped one other iteration in gray.

While Adidas has yet to confirm the release date of this black Powerphase shoe, Yeezy Mafia claims the sneakers will be be available through the adidas Confirmed app on Wed., March 14, with a general release date set for Sat., March 17.
