Last year, Nike introduced its first ever self-lacing sneaker with the debut of the HyperAdapt 1.0 silhouette. Looking to continue the piush of the innovative shoe in 2018, the Swoosh announces the forthcoming release of a brand new Hyperadapt iteration a highly popular colorway.

Scheduled to release this weekend, the all-new version of this HyperAdapt 1.0 features a red mesh upper with hits of black splashed throughout the shoe's canvas, the heel mudguard, the heel tab and the tongue. Sitting atop of a white midsole, the sneakers are decked out with LED lights on the heel and midsole, followed by a black outsole to complete the look.

Inspired by Marty McFly’s Mag shoes from the Back to the Future movie franchise, the first generation of the Nike HyperAdapt 1.0 includes electrical and mechanical engineering with Nike’s innovative Zoom Air unit.

Releasing this Fri., Jan. 12, the Nike Hyperadapt 1.0 Habanero iteration will be available at select global Nike retailers and at nike.com for a suggested price of $720.

Look for Nike to release more versions of the Hyperadapt 1.0 shoes all throughout 2018. Make sure to check back with XXL for release info and details on the next Hyperadapt model.
