Nike is bringing back one of its most popular Foamposites next month with next year's release of the Nike Air Foamposite One Galaxy iteration. Last released in 2011, the forthcoming release of this Foamposite pair will mark the first time the sneaker is retroed in the Galaxy-inspired model.

Returning in its original design, this 2018 Nike Foamposite Galaxy will feature a purple and blue upper shell with hints of black on the tongue, shoe laces, heel, midsole and sock liner. Orange, baby blue and green accents will also be featured on the Nike branding, tongue and heel tab. Rounding out the entire look of these shoes is a black rubber bottom, that gives these Foamposites the proper touch to match the entire canvas of the shoe.

The upcoming release of the Nike Air Foamposite One Galaxy will be part of Nike's 20th anniversary celebration of the the popular basketball sneaker. Made famous by former NBA player Anfernee Hardaway during the 1997 NBA season, the Foamposite has gone on to become one of the most acclaimed sneakers of all time from Nike.
