To kick off 2018 in style, Nike will bring back one of its most popular Air Force 1 iterations. Inspired by the Swoosh's Foamposite sneaker, Nike is set to re-release the Air Force 1 Foamposite Cup Light Carbon colorway.

Returning in its original colorway, this 2018 version of the Air Force 1 iteration will feature a smoky, light carbon color on the upper. Including Nike's Foamposite technology, utilizing a three-mold process that eliminates seams, the Swoosh delivers a pristine, streamlined silhouette. With hints of black complementing the shoes tongue, shoe laces, heel, midsole, midfoot strap and sock liner, the shoe sits atop of black outsole, completing the sneakers overall look.

The upcoming release of the Nike Air Force 1 Foamposite Cup ties in with Nike's 35th anniversary of the popular lifestyle sneaker. Released originally in 1982, the shoes were later re-released and updated with modern italic Nike logo in 1986.

The Nike Air Force 1 Foamposite Cup Light Carbon will release at select Nike retailers and accounts starting Sat., Jan. 5, for a suggested price of $200.
