Pharrell and Adidas Might Team Up With Chanel for a NMD Human Race Sneaker Collab

Since its debut last summer, Pharrell and adidas' NMD Human Race sneaker has been the of the most sought-after shoes in recent memory. Released already in several colorways and iterations, the kicks have yet to receive a collaborative treatment. But, with recent leaked photos of an unreleased pair of NMDs, this could all change in the coming months.

According to sneaker blog Yeezy Mafia, known for their adidas leaks, it looks like the Three Stripes and Pharrell Williams will be partnering up with high end label Chanel for a possible collab on the NMD Human Race silhouette. Tweeting out detailed photos of the never-before-seen kicks along with a caption that reads, "adidas Originals x Pharrell x CHANEL NMD HUMAN RACE Coming soon #MafiaSZN," Yeezy Mafia provides a glimpse of a black and white pair of sneakers with the word Chanel embroidered on the right shoe and Pharrell's name written on the left shoe. To round out the shoes look, the silhouette features a white boost midsole that sits atop of a white hiking-inspired outsole.

With the kicks yet to be confirmed by either adidas or Pharrell, it still remains unclear whether or not this shoe collab will actually happen. For now, keep it locked with XXL for more possible information surrounding this release and further adidas x Pharrell releases.
