As most Jordan heads know, the Jumpman tends to release a different Air Jordan 11 iteration every holiday season. This year, it’ll be no different, as the brand will release a red high top version of the popular silhouette. But to keep folks enticed until the December release, Jordan Brand will release a low top version of the kicks in the days to come in anticipation of the big Christmas release. Unveiling today (Sept. 20), the upcoming Air Jordan 11 Low IE in white and gym red, Jordan Brand looks to make another major splash with this release.

Dressed in a white and gym red upper, the shoes feature a premium leather and textile upper. Black accents complement the sneaker's sock liner Jordan Brand logo while a white midsole and red outsole complete the sneaker's overall look. Including an Air Unit carbon fiber shank and a extra pair of laces, the sneakers are truly an eye-catching silhouette that’s been considered among the favorites of sneakerheads.

Debuted by Michael Jordan during the 1996 NBA season, the sneakers were never worn by Jordan on the court, but they were seen on he G.O.A.T. regularly off the court. Inspired by the Air Jordan 11, the low top silhouette has been retroed several times, with the most recent retro iteration dropping a few months back.

The Air Jordan XI Low IE in white and gym red will hit select Jordan Brand retailers and nike.com starting Saturday, Sept. 23.
