Today, Ewing Athletics announces its latest collaboration paying homage to the late great New York Knick, Anthony Mason. Partnering up with Mason's son, Anthony Mason Jr., Ewing Athletics presents a special collaborative project honoring Patrick Ewing's former teammate.

Taking the canvas of the popular Ewing Concept Hi, Mason Jr. and Ewing Athletics create special limited edition shoe featuring the NY Knicks' themed colorways of orange and blue. In addition to the shoes colorways, Ewing Athletics gives the shoes a personal touch with placing the No. 14 on the toe front of the silhouette, which represents the jersey number worn by Mason during his days with the Knicks.

This shoe, made popular by Ewing during the 1991-1992 season, was the shoe worn by the All-Star center during the first season Ewing and Mason were teammates.

The Ewing Concept tribute sneaker for Anthony Mason will be celebrated in a special way as Jimmy Jazz will hold a launch event in Mason's hometown of Jamaica, Queens on Sat., July 29, from 4-6 p.m. at 89-45 165th St Jamaica, NY. Anthony Mason Jr. will be on hand as well as other special guests ranging from former NBA players to rappers and more.

Proceeds from the shoe will be donated to Mason Jr.'s Family on Three Foundation.
