Nike presents its latest collection of basketball silhouettes dubbed as the Time to Shine Collection. Compromised of Nike’s most popular b-ball shoes, the collection is tentatively dropping in the days to come.

The lineup of the 2017 Time to Shine collection will include four signature basketball silhouettes: the Kyrie 3, KD9 Elite, LeBron 14, PG 1 and the Kobe A.D. Led by the KD9 Elite, which features the knitting capabilities of Flyknit to improve fit and containment, the shoe features a single-layered mesh, constructed in the collar of the Nike sneaker. Dipped in a dark grey colorway with hits of red on the Air Sole Unit, this KD9 Elite is one of the most technically advanced and innovative silhouettes.

According to Nike's designer Leo Chang, "Containment for lateral movement is achieved through knitting tunnels into the Flyknit upper that allows us to channel a single cable around the entire foot." Adding on to the creation, Chang closes by saying, "This cabling setup can micro-adjust and conform around the foot for an adaptive fit."

This Nike Time to Shine collection is set drop at select Nike retailers nationwide on Friday (March 24). The capsule will also be available online at nike.com.
