A few weeks back, news about Supreme and Louis Vuitton’s forthcoming collaboration leaked online, causing many streetwear enthusiasts to lose their mind over the retailer’s next collab. And while news of the partnership still remains to be unveiled, last night Supreme teased another collaborative project they have in the works for this year with longtime partner of the brand, Nike. Looking to revive one of the most classic basketball silhouettes of the '90s, Supreme will give its magical touch to the Air More Uptempo sneaker.

Made famous by former NBA player and legend Scottie Pippen, the 2017 collaborative release of the Supreme x Nike Air More Uptempo will be dubbed as the Suptempo. With official images of the collab yet to be unveiled by either brand, the publication Sneaker News has reported that the signature "AIR" branding featured on the upper will be replaced with the words,"SUP," representing the New York City retailer.

No other information of this collab has been announced by Nike or Supreme, so make sure to check back with XXL for more developing details on this already highly anticipated sneaker drop.
