The long awaited re-release of the adidas Originals OG NMD has been officially confirmed today via the Three Stripes Twitter account. Last released in late 2015, the NMD OG sold out in a matter of minutes upon its release with resellers auctioning off the coveted pair for quadruple the original price of the sneaker. Now, with adidas confirming the re-release of this pair, those who missed out on the first drop of this adidas sneaker, will get a second chance to cop the highly sought-after shoes.

Set to re-release in the original colorways of the OG NMD, the shoe will feature the original core black Primeknit material on the upper with hits of royal blue and varsity red on the midsole bumpers, followed by adidas’ signature white Boost midsole, and closing out the sneakers is the black outsole.

The adidas NMD has been one of the most innovative and impressive silhouettes to have been released in recent memory, and continues to be one of the most sought-after running sneakers of our time. The return of the adidas Originals OG NMD is set for Saturday, Jan. 14. Look for the sneakers to be available online at adidas.com as well as select adidas retailers and accounts worldwide.
