Today, Nike introduces its newest and latest innovative silhouette, the LunarCharge. Transforming comfort through a sneaker that leverages Nike’s latest running technology, the Lunarlon cushioning system introduces the Nike LunarEpic this year.

Meshing the likes of the the Nike Air Presto (2000), the Nike Air Max 90 (1990) and the Nike Air Current (1990), Nike Sportswear's result is the Nike LunarCharge, a shoe that maximizes comfort with the Air Flow’s neoprene, the Air Presto’s bootie construction and the LunarEpic’s laser-siped, cushioned outsole—all with the iconic eye stays of the Air Max 90 and the sleek silhouette of the Air Current.

Twenty-seven years of design and performance innovation—in addition to pressure point testing, resulting in increased comfort for specific areas of the foot—inform this entirely new model, which has laser-siped, embossed text on the midsole for the first time. It’s also the first Nike shoe to have the LunarEpic cushioning system outside of the Nike Running category.

The first colorway of the Nike LunarCharge will be released on Friday, Nov. 18 at select Nike retailers and boutiques and will retail for a suggested price of $120.
