Air Jordan 3 Retro True Blue Release Date

It's been a great year for sneakerheads thus far and with only seven weeks left in the calendar year, some of the hottest kicks of 2016 will release in the weeks to come. One of those highly anticipated silhouettes, is none other than the Air Jordan 3 "True Blue," that was last released in 2011.

Set to drop this Black Friday, the Air Jordan 3 "True Blue" is one of the most coveted iterations of the Air Jordan sneaker line, and a must-have shoe for all sneakerheads. Unlike the 2011 rerelease, the 2016 version of the "True Blue" AJ3 will feature the original Nike Air branding on the shoes heel. Dressed in a white premium leather upper, the shoe features hits of true blue and gym red on the upper while the signature elephant print graphic is featured on the toe box, heel and side panel of the kicks. Rounded out by a true blue midsole that sits atop of a white outsole, this pair of sneakers contains all of the original elements of the very first "True Blue" release.

The 2016 version of the Air Jordan 3 "True Blue" is scheduled to drop on Friday, Nov. 25, at select Jordan Brand and Nike retailers and accounts. The shoes will retail for a suggested price of $220 and available while supply lasts.
