Snoop Dogg and Skateboard Legend Mark Gonzales Unveil Adidas Skateboarding L.A. Stories Collaboration

Adidas Skateboarding will be paying tribute to the SoCal lifestyle with a special collaboration themed after 90s-inspired apparel and footwear. Dubbed as the “L.A. Stories” collab, the brand has tapped West Coast OG rapper Snopp Dogg and skateboard legend Mark “Gonz” Gonzales for the roll out of the capsule collection.

To help build anticipation for the collection drop, the Three Stripes will roll out a series of animated videos featuring Snoop and Gonzales, as they exchange tales of what it was like growing up in the early ‘90s in the Los Angeles area. Throughout the series of videos, Snoop and and the OG skater will be seen rocking items off of the "L.A. Stories" capsule collection. In the series' first video, the Long Beach rapper and Gonzales reminisce about the days the ice cream truck used to drive by their respective neighborhoods. Snoop and Gonzales then share their favorite ice cream choices as little kids and how their love for ice cream intertwined with their L.A. lifestyles.

Adidas Originals' "L.A. Stories" collaboration between Snoop Dogg and Mark ‘Gonz’ Gonzales connects back to the adidas Skateboarding brand focus of empowering creators in street culture, music and art. Look for release info on this collaboration to drop within the weeks to come.
