For the most part, sneakerheads already know the Jordan Brand releases set for the holidays, but in a last minute unveiling from the Jumpman, Michael Jordan's brand has teased us with the Air Jordan 7 Retro Doernbecher, an annual sneaker theme of Nike and Jordan created for a good cause.

While Nike will roll out a total of five branded Doernbecher silhouettes, the Jordan Brand created one spectacular pair of Retro Jordan 7s with the help of Damien Phillips, a 10-year old kid from Chicago whose been battling with hemophilia. Inspired by his love for the Chicago Bulls, Phillips' Air Jordan 7 takes on the colorways of Michael Jordan's former team, red and black, and utilizes them throughout the canvas of the sneaker. Including hits of gold on the Jordan Brand logo, tongue, midsole and heel tab, the sneakers are then complimented by an animated graphic on the outsole that features a young boy with a guitar jamming out, which represents Phillips' love for music.

Along with the release of Phillips' Doernbecher Air Jordan 7 Retro, Nike will also release matching apparel to go with the shoes. Set for a Saturday, Dec. 17 release date, this Air Jordan 7 Retro Doernbecher will be available at select Jordan Brand and Nike retailers for a suggested price of $190.
