The release of the Nike SB Dunk Low Pro SB “Pigeon” created quite the buzz among the sneaker community in 2005, for both Nike and New York-based streetwear brand Staple. Now, 11 years removed from the coveted release, Jeff Staple looks to recapture the same magic by partnering up with German sportswear brand, Puma, for the release of two collaborative sneakers.

Incorporating his signature "Pigeon" logo, Jeff Staple recreates the canvas of two popular Puma silhouettes - the Suede and the Blaze of Glory. The Suede sneaker will feature a unique look as the silhouette is made up in two colorways: pink and black. With the pigeon logo included on the side heel of the shoes, this pair of kicks is made up of a smooth nubuck and leather material. On the other hand, the Blaze of Glory sneaker will come equipped differently as it features a mesh upper with nubuck detailed around the toe box and heel. The sneakers will come decked out in three primary colorways of -grey, black and pink, and includes a multi-color outsole, giving pop to the bottom of the silhouette.

As of now, it remains to be announced as to when the Staple x Puma collaboration will drop, but keep it locked with XXL to find out all of the last minute updates surrounding this release and check out both of the upcoming sneakers below.
