Just last week, we reported about the upcoming changes of the Air Jordan 1 with the ankle collar upper and earlier today, we reported about the unveiling of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High "Silver Medal." But in some more exciting Jordan Brand news, Michael Jordan's company has unveiled today the 2016 return of the Air Jordan 1 Retro "Black Toe" iteration.

Last released in May of 2013, the Air Jordan 1 "Black Toe" will form part of Jordan Brand's 2016 holiday releases that include the coveted Air Jordan 11 "Space Jam," Air Jordan 9 Retro High "White/Black" and more. The 2016 version of the "Black Toe" Air Jordan 1 will feature a black and gym red upper with hits of white on the side panels and midsole. The silhouette will also be part of Jordan Brand's Remastered program and is detailed by the Nike Air logo on the tongue and the old school Jordan Brand wing logo on the side panel.

Although no release date has been announced for the rerelease of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High "Black Toe," the shoe will in fact drop this holiday season. Make sure to check back with XXL for the latest details behind the rerelease of this Air Jordan 1 and future Jordan Brand releases.
