Kanye West is officially the new face of Balmain Paris Fall 2016 Campaign. The Chicago rapper was announced as the campaign face today (July 25) with multiple postings on Instagram. "Music meets fashion," Olivier Rousteing, Balmain's Creative Director, captioned the pic on Instagram this morning.

The first photo from the fall campaign shows Yeezy, along with model Joann Smalls, falling in dramatic fashion while rocking his custom embellished denim jacket, ripped jeans and boots. Notice that this is the same outfit 'Ye wore to the 2016 Met Gala.

But this isn't the first time Yeezy has posed for Balmain's cameras before. Kanye and wife Kim Kardashian West both starred in last year's Balmain Spring 2015 campaign. Kim and Rousteing are close friends and the designer has dressed nearly every member of the Kardashian/Jenner clan. The famous reality TV family even rocked custom Balmain outfits during Kanye West's epic Yeezy Season 3 show at Madison Square Garden.

The French fashion house has been a longstanding institution since the 1940s and is worn by top models and rappers alike. Kanye has always been one of the most fashion-obsessed rappers in the game, so this campaign is just another notch on his belt. It was announced earlier this summer that Yeezy would be getting his own brand with funding from adidas after two years of successful collabs with the shoe and sportswear brand.
