Back in January sneakerheads were teased with pictures of the Air Jordan XXX “Cosmos” iteration by Nike designer Tinker Hatfield, but the wait is over. The Air Jordan XXX "Cosmos" will finally get a launch date set for the summer of 2016 during the annual Quai 54 basketball tournament in Paris.

The anticipated silhouette—inspired by the Nike Foamposite “Galaxy”—will be one of Jordan Brand’s most coveted releases this summer. Dressed in a galaxy print pattern, this Air Jordan 30 features hints of black on the tongue and the sock linear while a white colorway is featured on the midsole and heel. Rounded out by an icy translucent bottom, there’s no question this shoe will fly off shelves once it drops.

The Air Jordan 30 “Cosmos” is set to launch on Saturday, July 9, at select Jordan Brand stores. Set to retail for a suggested price of $200, this silhouette will be a major addition for every sneakerheads collection. Stay tuned with XXL for further updates on this release as well as other Jordan Brand products and footwear.
