Wale Teams Up With Asics for New Sneaker Themed After Wrestling

It looks like Wale is back at it again with a new collaborative sneaker that will reportedly be themed after one of WWE’s most prestigious belts, the Intercontinental Championship. Taking to Snapchat yesterday afternoon, the "My P.Y.T." rapper gave his followers a sneak peak of the upcoming Asics Gel Lyte III.

The all-gold silhouette themed after the belt held by WWE legends like Bret "The Hitman" Heart, Shawn Michaels, Rey Mysterio and more, also features hits of bright blue and black, giving the sneaker an eye-catching appeal and look that resembles the current IC title. While the shoe yet to be confined for a general release, the new silhouette from Wale is starting to build a buzz among the sneaker community and wrestling aficionados.
