With baseball season in full effect already, Nike has decided to bring back a classic iteration of the Air Griffey Max 1. The shoe, which became Ken Griffey's first signature shoe with the Swoosh, is still one of the most popular baseball silhouettes to ever drop. Paying homage to the legacy of Griffey and the sport of baseball, Nike will take consumers down memory lane with this release.

Dressed in a black and emerald colorway, the sneaker includes hits of white on the on the Nike branding, shoe laces, midsole and outsole. The sneaker will also feature varsity red accents on the Swoosh branding.
