Bait and Adidas Skateboarding Team Up for 4/20 Hemp Stan Smith

With 4/20 right around the corner, stoners are gearing up to celebrate the special occasion. This year popular footwear retailer, Bait joins the smoke friendly festivities. Taking the canvas of the Stan Smith, Bait and adidas unite forces for the release of special and limited hemp Stan Smith sneaker.

The forthcoming adidas Skateboarding x Bait Stan Smith silhouette will be dubbed as the “Happy 420.” Dressed in a natural hemp upper, the canvas of the sneaker is detailed with stoned-out patterns while the heel includes a hairy chuck suede material, which is meant to represent the texture of cannabis buds. One of the highlights from this collaborative sneaker is the small pocket on the underside of the tongue and the pharmaceutical sticker placed on the front end of the tongue that expresses the side effects of the hemp.

This marks the first 4/20 sneaker release for Bait and adidas, and will definitely be a strong competitor to the rest of the 4/20 themed sneakers that will drop in the next few days. The Bait x adidas Skateboarding "Happy 420" Stan Smith will retail for a suggested price of $120. Unlike previous Bait releases, this pair of sneakers will be available exclusively through a Baitme raffle starting this Friday, April 15.
