Nike continues the annual tradition of the Doernbecher Freestyle series with a new set of kicks. Among the sneakers set to drop from the 2015 collection is the Air Jordan 13.

Recreated by 11-year-old John Charles, patient at the Doernbecher children’s hospital, the sneaker gets a vibrant makeover never seen before. Featuring a shiny patent leather teal upper with black snakeskin-embossed, this Air Jordan 13 is full of details that represent the and reflect the life of Charles.

With all proceeds from the sale of this Air Jordan 13 Doernbecher supporting OHSU Doernbecher, this sneaker along with the rest of the 2015 Doernbecher collection releases on Saturday, Nov. 21, at select Nike retailers around the US.
