NBA superstar Kevin Durant will return to action this NBA season after suffering an injury that sidelined him for several months, and with the recent good news of KD, Nike has unveiled the next iteration of Durant's KD8 sneaker, that is set to drop this fall.

Taking inspiration from Durant's favorite players growing up, Larry Bird and Vince Carter, the next KD8 will feature the colorways of both players' respective teams at the time KD was a young child. Dressed in black, the sneaker includes hits of green (Boston Celtics), purple and red (Toronto Raptors), and silver. Black Flywire cables are featured on the shoe as well, while Nike and KD branding will be tagged ton the tongue, outsole and interior of the shoe. This sneaker represents a lot of memories for KD, as both basketball legends inspired the Durantula to become the star player he is today.

The Nike KD8 “Vinary” is set to drop on Saturday, Oct. 1 at select Nike Basketball retailers and will retail for a suggested price of $180.
