Nike Unveils New KD 8 Shoe

Today, Nike and superstar NBA player, Kevin Durant unveiled the new KD 8 silhouette from Nike's KD line.

The shoe is considered the most innovative sneaker of Durant's career. Featuring two first-time technologies for Nike Basketball - Flyweave and articulated full-length Zoom Air, this KD8 will change the game when it comes to basketball footwear. Including a sabertooth-inspired heel counter, the first two colorways of the upcoming KD 8 will include the V8 (red) and the July 4th shoe in red, white and blue. Designed by Leo Chang, the KD 8 will bring a high-strength woven textile that is designed in high resolution, similar to the KOBE 9 sneaker.

The KD 8 will be available on June 23 on NikeiD for personalized customization. The KD 8 "July 4" will be available in limited quantities on June 27 and the KD 8 colorway will drop on July 11.
