Vans Unveils Innovative Weather-Resistant Footwear For Fall 2014

Vans infuses its Classics heritage with weatherized product innovation to launch Mountain Edition Footwear. Vans evolves two iconic silhouettes to introduce the Era MTE and Sk8-Hi MTE, advanced footwear forms that have been upgraded with the forthcoming winter weather in mind for all-season wear.

Designed for the elements, Vans Mountain Edition Footwear upgrades the Era and Sk8-Hi from the ground up. Starting at the foundation, the original waffle sole is revamped with a build that utilizes more than two decades of Vans’ snow boot heritage. The newly constructed lug outsole reverses the mold and extends the rubber traction for maximum grip in wet terrains and snow.

The Mountain Edition collection will be available at Vans.com, Vans retail locations and wholesale accounts globally this September.
