Before the start of this year's March Madness, several college hoop basketball teams unveiled their newly designed jerseys for the prestigious NCAA tournament. As tradition, 64 teams entered the tournament—all sporting new jerseys made by Nike or adidas, the two powerhouse sponsors in college basketball. In the case of the Louisville Cardinals and Cincinnati Bears they became the first two college teams to sport jerseys with sleeves, while Baylor's much-talked-about neon "Sic 'Em Bears" jersey was ruled out by NCAA officials due to the unrestricted design on the uniform. With the release of the new jerseys we've seen some great improvement with the designs and color schemes as well as advanced athletic technology in the product, and with the Sweet 16 round starting today, we picked out our 16 favorite jerseys that have taken part in this year's March Madness based on looks and performance technology. The Spartans might have the best-selling jersey after this year' tournament, if in fact they win the tournament just like all the analyst have predicted, but the Spartans jersey is definitely one of the cleanest and best color-schemed jerseys in the entire tournament. The Michigan Wolverines jersey remains one of the most sought-out jerseys in the entire country, but before the start of this year's March Madness adidas gave the jersey a touch of their own when they added the ClimaCool effect on the chest, back and side of the jersey.
