Big Boi Celebrates the Crown Life in Chicago [Photos]

On Wednesday, June 8th, 2011 Crown Royal Black and Brandon Byrd of 360 LIVE partnered to celebrate The Crown Life. This private affair was held in Chicago, IL at luxury automotives dealer, Tesla Motors and hosted by iconic hip-hop artist Big Boi. The event was created to show case The Crown Life program and new Artist Signature Series packaging with the legendary OutKast rapper.

Upon arrival, partygoers walked the black carpet; photos were snapped by the paparazzi and were greeted with signature Crown Royal Black cocktails and delectable appetizers. The Crown Life was celebrated in-style as guests had the opportunity to personalize the iconic Crown Royal bag, participate in a live photo shoot and were taught how to roll their own Crown Royal Black infused cigars by master cigar roller, Larry Olive. Press and VIPs were treated to their own limited edition Crown Royal Black glasses, sunglasses, votives, and bottles. Renowned Midwest beat masters DJ Adrienne Adrie-Marie and DJ Broadway Streetz got the party poppin’ early as tastemakers mixed, mingled and danced all evening.

The climax of The Crown Life experience occurred when attendees received an intimate performance by Big Boi, who literally took over the DJ booth and rocked the mic until the lights came on.
