Travis Porter to Host “Fan Appreciation Concert: A Giving Celebration” With XXL
It’s the season of giving and Atlanta trio Travis Porter are ready to deliver by looking out for their fans. In conjunction with XXL, UStream, Toys For Tots and The Atlanta Community Food Bank, Travis Porter will be hosting a free “Fan Appreciation Concert: A Giving Celebration” on Tuesday, December 21 at Center Stage in ATL.
In addition to live music from Travis Porter, Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed, Frank Ski, co-host of The Frank and Wanda Morning Show, and student-picked teachers will receive the Travis Porter “I Gave Back” award, honoring community leaders who have given back to Atlanta’s youth in a powerful way.
“What better way to give back to our fans than with our music,” said Travis Porter. “Being independent for so long allowed us to always give; now that we’re signed, we want to give even more back to our fans and the community with music and items children need to enjoy their holiday.”
To assure Travis Porter fans are participating in the spirit of giving, attendees must provide a toy or non-perishable item to be collected upon entry by Toys For Tots’ Marines and ACFB representatives.
Doors will open at 7 p.m. and show will start at 8 p.m. All attendees will be given a free ticket upon entry. No persons will be allowed without a ticket. Due to limited seating, concert-goers are asked to arrive early to assure entry and a timely start.
