the new Artful dodger jeans are flimsy, they don’t feel as high grade as the old ones, i just checked some of them out at Metropark, and they were weak. 150$?, i think more like 15$, they must have been priced wrong. i’m Artful Dodger fanatic, and this new stuff does not have all the detail the old stuff had, but the same prices though, what a joke.they got Artful Dodger at karmaloop.com, when you check out theres a box that says REP CODE put CX16629 in there, and get 20% off your first order then 10% off every time after that. that applies to anything on that site, they got the Jason hoodys too. don’t get ripped off with alot of the new Artful dodger clothes, and if you must have some of them, then at least save 20%

If Al Green or did a show for us right now i doubt we would have a problem with his age.

Jay-z is currently 5 years older then 50 cent, i think he gon be 38 this December..not much of a difference.

Hip hop is still a young style of music, the first rappers are still alive and no one has died of age yet.

You will find there will be more older rappers as time goes on, because hip hop is slowly aging.

Classic is a word often thrown around, and is most recently associated with the two albums American Gangster and Nigger. Personally, I know Nas has a knack of creating controversy and talk about his albums…a bunch of bullshit about it being “classic”.

Quite frankly, Nas just isn’t the same. Kind of like everyone else. Bootleggers have been on their hustle though…that’s why I believe you can only label Jay’s new project as a classic if it sells more than 2 mil. I know sales aren’t everything, but they are still something when considering an album for classic status. Why only two mil? Because everyone else can barely sell 1 plaque, how hard would it be to get 2?

But considering the amount of excitment over “Roc Boys” (personally, I’m still waiting on that Dead Presidents 3), IT’S STILL NOT CLASSIC. GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER PEOPLE, AND GO BOOTLEG, THEN BUY 3 COPIES OF, 8 DIAGRAMS. Those guys have been DEFINING classic since hip-hop became a hit. Actually, they’re part of the reason it’s a hit.

Jay? He’s just the guy who didn’t get shot (R.I.P. B.I.G. & Pac), but Nas was already up there. So if anyone should be considered classic, it’s Nas (though I highly doubt it…).

BTW, I love Artful Dodger, I’m happy it’s going mainstream. Jay’s gonna have another big hit, get even richer, and become the second black billionaire (according to someone who commented before me) because I sure as hell don’t want Curtis (the biggest bitch you’ll ever hear about) or Diddy (the biggest fag you’ll ever hear about) reaching before him. Jay is still sickest (of those 3) and I give the new album an XL.
