Before yall go to pointin fingers, just think ? What the fuck would you do if you was recently in a fuckin shoot out on the hi way for miles? You wouldn” have all the gun’s in your houser that you could? The man got to protect himself and his family. So what the guns was in his house, if you got liscend bodygaurds I would want them to have the best weapons there is. The silencers, he got kids in the house if someone is breakin in, or tryin to harm them, would you want a bunch of loud shots going off tramatisin there lives? It’s not like he’s going out looking for trouble it’s coming to him because people see the space that he’s in and they want that. These are thing’s you will never understand unless you been thru them. Let someone try to take your life and see how you feel. Let someone take the life of your loved one and see how you feel. Watch one of your loved ones die in your face, in your arm’s and see how you feel. You know, if someone shot first and someone got killed on his property he would still get the blame even if he shot or didnt because no matter what he is under a scope because he got money and he aint suck up to white america or to the black people that are puppets for white america. He’s a product of what america made, the ghetto. Its millons of blacks latinos and mexicans shit even white people just like him. You can’t get rich and buy a new life over night, you cant change the people in the world. If you could there would be no 9-11, no school shootins. It’s not even about money, the brokest person to the president would have a gun (wich he does) in there house if it meant protecting you and your family. Why you think they make fuckin burglar alamrs? Cause it’s dumb shit and dumb people in this world, violence ain’t gonna stop and there are victoms just as well as criminals, the point just because you make mistkes in your past and you change your whole situation and better others youy deserve a chance. Like I said it aint like hes out trying to run in someones house, he’s trying to protect his. I tried to adress this like the smart black man that I am but I’m so fed up with the bullshit by people that don’t have a cluse that I had to adress it like a nigga because thats what yall want, but at the same time I can act a “nigga, talk real niggaish” cause that’s what this post needed and that’s what I am and still get my point across and make sense.

The case won’t get thrown out, but the lawyers could ask to have the judge removed and a substitute judge put in his/her place. Removing a judge is difficult to do, however, very difficult.

this is wrong because a jury cant read papers and watch tv about the case so why can a judge let a blog influence the decision? this case will get thrown out if they can prove this

That is ridiculous. If this is true, which i highly doubt, T.I.’s lawyers can move to have the judge removed. The judge should only hear the evidence presented during a trial and make his/her decision based on that alone. Looking outside the official court proceeding and basing his/her decision on that is improper.

That’s why this story sounds fishy, I’m sure T.I.’s lawyers would be trying to remove the judge if this were true.
