Yea well! This “mixtape” is far better than both Amrican Gangster original soundtrack, and Jay-Z’z Amrican Gangster album that really isn’t that good at all. I personally think Dame is smart. This is more than Just Jay-Z and Dame playing chess moves. Just like my man said “Paid in Full” was a classic. So why wouldn’t anyone think that Dame being from Harlem and all growing up around this era wouldn’t he be the good choice to Put out a Film about Nicky Barnes. Most Harlemites who were in the game at one point and time know that the way Barnes was portrayed was bullsh*t.

It’s only natural that this would happen because nicky barnes and Frank Lucas(American Gangster) were real life rivals. Jay-z only recently became involved with the film while Dame been produce this movie about a harlem nigga. The producers didn’t want jay at first, but a couple months back Denzel threw his hollywood weight to get him involved.
