Wow- that’s bizarre. I grew up in the 1980s and my friends and I all dyed our hair crazy colors, wore punk clothes — if our town put up a billboard telling us not to, we would have been PISSED. And we would have laughed our asses off.

Every generation’s youth has its many styles.

I think the baggy pants look silly, but every adult who ever saw me back then thought I looked silly, too. Being young goes hand in hand with expressing yourself -unless you have nothing to express.

What’s really obscene is how all these little 12- and 13-year-old (white) girls dress like tramps at concerts now.

Last I checked there was not a racial code written into this proposition. Please inform me if I’m wrong but the law is going after people who wear pants with their asses hanging out.
