Wow- that's bizarre. I grew up in the 1980s and my friends and I all dyed our hair crazy colors, wore punk clothes -- if our town put up a billboard telling us not to, we would have been PISSED. And we would have laughed our asses off.

Every generation's youth has its many styles.

I think the baggy pants look silly, but every adult who ever saw me back then thought I looked silly, too. Being young goes hand in hand with expressing yourself -unless you have nothing to express.

What's really obscene is how all these little 12- and 13-year-old (white) girls dress like tramps at concerts now.

Last I checked there was not a racial code written into this proposition. Please inform me if I'm wrong but the law is going after people who wear pants with their asses hanging out.
[...] T.I. is in big trouble. How big? “If he gets ten years, that ain’t bad,” friend 50 Cent tells MTV News. While a decade in prison sounds pretty damn bad to us, other pals of the “King of the South” place the blame for his weapons arrest not only on T.I. but also the bodyguard that “snitched” on him to the Feds. “Tip was feeding this man’s family. We don’t do it like that, dog,” opinionated rapper David Banner said. “We gotta start making the environment in our neighborhoods not conducive to snitching. How I’m doing this song, I’mma make it uncomfortable for snitches.” The song Banner is referring to is his Internet-only release “B.A.N. (The Love Song),” which also name-checks Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick, Lil Wayne and Snoop Dogg. As you may recall, snitchin’ is also unpopular with Cam’ron and Busta Rhymes. Some blame the tattletales for T.I.’s fall, while others blame a “hip-hop task force” that is specifically in place to catch rappers in felonious acts. As Wu-Tang mastermind RZA put it, “They looking [to lock us up] for whatever we do. … The black community has moved up to being creative and making money, and that means that these cops need jobs and their job is to come and follow us and watch us. … I’m a nerd right now.
LOL,
What's up, attention whore? Seems like you have problems with reading comprehension because I already responded about five or six comments before you did, and since you're illiterate, I'll bring the comment to you. Making laws on how people dress is bullshit. I would never defend anything like it. If you think I would, you are sadly misinformed and a huge ignoramus (which is obvious with most comments you leave on other threads).

"Funny stuff, man. Anyway, trying to make laws about how people can dress is infringing on the freedom of expression. It’s ridiculous and a huge waste of taxpayer money. Aren’t there real problems like falling education standards and poverty to worry about? In their dipshit minds, I guess not. It would be all right if people for this initiative and people who change behavior because of this initiative wore Stockton shorts because they have no balls, so you couldn’t see them."
